Ward 9 time of the signs

Today’s the day Kitchener’s election bylaw permits municipal candidates to put up lawn signs.

Members of our campaign crew — recent experts in the use of boltcutters required to snip metal prongs that support signs — were out braving blisters and erecting our sunny-yellow, vote-Frank messages this morning.

My sincere thanks to those voters willing to have signs on their lawns or balconies. I appreciate that pictures of this big-nosed candidate are nowhere near as attractive as those beautiful front gardens.

During the weekend, depending as always on weather, we plan to revisit the Rockway neighbourhood and Ward 9 residential streets off Ottawa Street South.

And, we’re still searching for additional sign locations.
