Stephen Woodworth Washrooms?

Despite the brutal, never-ending winter, efforts to complete the new public washrooms in Victoria Park before March 31 have been successful.

Which means Kitchener qualifies for a $200,000 infrastructure grant courtesy of our local MP and the federal government that reduces cost of the building off Jubilee at David from $564,000 to $364,000.

And, while we offer thanks to Kitchener contractor Dakon Construction and city staff for working so hard to meet that deadline, I would suggest, this April 1, we name the building the Stephen Woodworth Washrooms.
